We’d love to know what our fellow Pilates people are going to dress as. In our opinion, going as Mr. Pilates himself is a pretty good idea for a sexy Halloween costume.
Misty has brought back a wealth of NEW Pilates knowledge and is very inspired to teach you. Last week she was in California and spent the week learning more in depth about Bria’s online scheduling and studio management software MindBody and then took a weekend intensive course through Inner Idea where she learned and worked alongside the best and brightest in the fitness world.

This Fall we have introduced two fantastic yoga classes; Yoga Flow and Core Yoga! With all of the linear strengthening Pilates at Bria provides your body, our new Yoga classes are a welcome side dish to your routine. No need to join another studio, Bria’s Yoga classes are intimate, and as with all of our services great care is given to tailoring the work out to our individual clients. Where else can you practice yoga with just 8-10 other people?
New to Yoga? Nervous about trying something new? These classes are especially good for people who are new or curious about yoga! Margaret is highly experienced and ready to share the wealth. Come one come all!
